My advice today is about Spinach:
• Spinach is a leafy green vegetable that is very useful for health and rich with :
 1 - vitamins such as A, C, E, K, B and folic acid.
2 - minerals such as zinc, calcium, magnesium.
 3- dietary fibre.
• Spinach is not considered a good source of iron.
• Iron in spinach is difficult to absorb in the body
• Spinach is not an alternative of red meat for people with iron deficiency or anemia.
• Those who are ready to form oxalate stones in kidney should eat spinach in small
quantities and drink water in large quantities because the spinach contains a large
amount of oxalate that might lead to kidney stones.
