 3 - Good percentage of potassium, iron, magnesium and phosphorus, it is useful for children and elderly people.

• When purchasing avocado, make sure that it is fresh and does not contain black spots.
• It could be kept in a container outside the fridge and you can put a banana beside it to accelerate maturity.
• It could be eaten as a snack or with salad or by mixing it with spices and use it as a dip with fresh vegetables.
• Avocado is high in calories, so it should be eaten moderately if you follow a special diet for weight loss.
