My advice today is about Healthy options for breakfast: 
• First take a tablespoon of olive oil on an empty stomach with a dried fig and a glass of warm water with slice of lemon and ginger . 
• Breakfast options:
1- A cup of milk "low-fat" with a tablespoon of oats and a banana.
2- In case milk causes problems take a glass of yogurt "low-fat" with a tablespoon of oats and a tablespoon of flax seeds and one fruit.
3- Whole grain bread with white cheese, labnah, thyme, beans salad or an egg.
4- Whole grain toast with avocado, lemon and oregano.
