Master Plan into Weekly Diet Plans.

 A lot of us cannot resist food and love to eat the favorite foods, but after the meals are through our guilt consciousness starts bothering us we come under stress and anxiety leading us back to our favorite food again. There is answer to this, and the answer is through diet. 
Dietician Sheela Seharawat suggests that a master plan along with long term weight loss should be made first and then break in into weekly diet plan supporting the main plan. This depends upon the physical activities, fiber intake, water consumption and what foods we eat. Some diet plans includes breaks in between to allow you to eat whatever you want to. These weekly plans have smaller goals and slowly you reach your mater plan.
